Gmail has by far the best deliverability rate of any free e-mail provider. But if you have an e-mail address that you use regularly, you will want to check that you are getting e-mails from the Exchanges that you join. If you are not, get a g-mail account and that should solve the problem. Most exchanges will make you add a site before you can surf. Try to use a lead capture page to generate leads.
